We tested the speakers on another desktop, works fine. We tried headphones, same issue (no audio). We tried moving it to the front, same issue. He has external speakers plugged into the back audio output, all there is coming out is some cracking/spark noises. I have a client with Dell Optiplex 7020 running Windows and in the last week or two, audio output stopped working.
